     City Wide Apartment Management was started by experienced property owners who were frustrated with the large management companies.  Even the best of those companies took shortcuts.  Frequently decisions were made to make life easier for the management companies even if this wasn't best for the owner.  City Wide Apartment Management views every property it manages as if it is the owner.  When it comes to maximizing value and income, no shortcuts are taken.  Our standard procedure is to work with the owner in identifying short-term and long-terms goals and objectives for the property, and implementing a careful strategy to achieve these goals and objectives.  City Wide’s owners wanted a new approach to managing their properties, where decisions would be based on what was best for the owner, and not what was easier for the management company.​​
